Facial Brushing

from the Beauty Blog site - Tanya's Tips For Flawless Skin...

...Hi - I just want to tell you how excited about how amazing my skin feels at the moment! I have discovered facial brushing!!! I'm using one from Superdrug which costs about £3.00!!

After taking my make-up off - I use my favourite cleanser DHC which is oil based and totally removes even the heaviest makeup.

I massage it onto my skin then use a wet facial brush in circular motion all over my face and neck and then I flannel it off with a warm flannel. What's really great about this method is it gets into all the little nooks and crannies on your face leaving your skin looking and feeling ultraclean. It's great for your skin as it removes the dead skin cells and taking with it any dark pigmentation that you may have due to old spots or scars.

Dr Oz recommends using a vitamin C serumwith hyaluronic acid moisturiser for flawless skin it's supposed to erase wrinkles?!! I thought it sounded like one of those gimmicks but I've been giving it a go for the last few weeks and it is actually fantastic. I use three drops of thevitamin C serum onto fully cleansed skin.

I then mix the hyaluronic moisturiser with about three drops of squalane (the Squalane is great for anyone suffering from pigmentation) rub that together in the palm of my hand and then apply it onto my face.

I have to say my skin looks so plump and moisturised and feels absolutely amaaaaazing!!
