The Emma Clare Hand Cozys are designed to provide warmth to fatigued or arthritic hands
and improve circulation.

The soft velvet cozys are filled with a fragrant aromatherapy blend of Cinnamom (Calm),
Clove (Comfort), Eucalyptus (Revitalize). The Hand Cozys are designed to be microwaved
to imrpove circulation and worn while resting

Heat Therapy: Place Hand Cozys, or herb packs in microwave on clean safe surface. Heat
for 45 seconds, then increase by 30 second increments to determine safe heat time for your
microwave. Cozys should feel warm not hot. Do not over heat, always test temperature before using.

Cold Therapy: Freeze for cold therapy by placing in a sealed plastic bag overnight.
