1st Application - Activ Aid
This product has been specifically formulated to deal with general skin injuries and scars including burns, cuts, acne, cracked skin, blisters and cold sores. Whilst retaining the other properties, by concentrating more on the antiseptic and antibacterial qualities of the ingredients the formula has been specifically designed to stem the flow of blood and encourage the wound to heal quicker by providing the cells with adequate natural nourishment to encourage new tissue formation. This helps the skin cells to regenerate to enable new skin to form more quickly, thus helping to reduce scarring.

2nd Application - Emollient Therapy
Emollient Therapy is an all over body, totally natural concentrated nourishing lotion and moisturiser which is excellent for damaged and scarred skin areas.

Key ingredients of Salcura's Emollient Therapy include extract of the sea buckthorn plant, genuine Damascan rose water, marigold extract, jojoba oil and avocado oil. In particular, the fruit of the sea buckthorn plant is a renowned source of essential vitamins. No other known plant offers so many active ingredients, especially the high amounts of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin H and Vitamin F. The high Vitamin A content in sea buckthorn, when working with the other bioactive substances in Emollient Therapy gives unusually high skin repair characteristics.

In addition, the berries of the sea buckthorn plant from which this lotion is made are a natural source of antioxidants, in particular Vitamins A, C, and E. It is well known that such antioxidants help combat dryness and symptoms of damaged and neglected skin. The Vitamin C content is among the highest of any plant (4th after rose hips, hot chilli pepper and sweet red pepper), whilst for Vitamin E it takes second place behind nuts and seeds, which have a high fat content. Contains large amounts of Omega 3, 6 and 9 and is especially high in Omega 7.

Emollient Therapy is a rich moisturiser which will help preserve as much water content in the skin as possible, therefore preventing the skin from becoming dry and damaged. It helps keep the skin soft, flexible, less itchy and more comfortable and restores the elasticity and suppleness.

Directions:
Spray the Activ Aid Therapy to the wound or scar three times a day. Follow this by applying the Emollient Therapy lotion and massage into the skin
