What is Athletes Foot ?
Athlete’s foot is a fungal infection. It can lead to intense itching, cracked, blistered or peeling areas of skin, redness and scaling. It can occur on moist, waterlogged skin especially between the fourth and fifth toes, or on dry, flaky skin around the heels or elsewhere on the foot.

It’s caused by a number of fungal species which can be picked up from anywhere (usually communal areas such as pools, showers and changing rooms) or anywhere where you may walk around barefooted.

Directions for use:

Dry feet carefully after bathing and massage in and around toes.

What is Jock Itch?
Jock itch is also sometimes called crack fungus, crotch itch, or crotch rot, dhobi -itch. Opportunistic infections (infections that are caused by a diminished immune system are frequent. Fungus from other parts of the body (commonly tinea pedis or 'athlete's foot') can contribute to jock itch. A warm, damp environment allowing the fungus to cultivate greatly contributes; especially with tight, sweaty or rubbing clothing such as jockstrap or tight underwear.

The type of fungus that most commonly causes jock itch is called Trichophyton rubrum. Some other contributing fungi are Candida albicans, Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Epidermophyton floccosm.

Directions for use:
Dry genital area carefully. Massage cream onto affected area. Wear loose underwear.
