We accept PAYPAL, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) as payment. Your payment card will be debited as soon as the order has been processed.

You can pay by paypal even if you do not have a paypal account.

Cancelling

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund.

Refunds & Returns

We are proud of the quality of our products and highest possible level of service, we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied. The products that we sell are manufactured under strict quality controls. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

All of our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with complete peace of mind. If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it unopened within the 30 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. (p&p costs not included). This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace any products that have been used. Your request to cancel must be made in writing (e-mail) within 30 working days from the day after delivery. You are required throughout the period prior to return to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them. If you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail so we can arrange the return. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation after the item has been received by us.

You are liable for any shipping costs if you send your ordered items back to us.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address on your packing slip. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address on your packing slip.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as we cannot offer a refund or exchange if your return is lost in the post. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Skinlight Account

Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "Sign Up ". From there, you will be able to register with us.

You will also be able to register during your check-out process. Then you can log-in at any time with your email address and password.

Is it safe to order on your website?

Yes, it is very safe. Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. We ship to the UK, and worldwide to the USA, Europe, Australia & other selected countries.

Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse within 24 hours by First Class Mail.*

When dispatched, deliveries within the UK usually take about 1 to 3 business days to arrive.
Deliveries to Europe normally take 5 to 7 business days.
Deliveries to the USA and other countires outside Europe normally take approximately 7 business days.

The shipping charge is just £4.99 flat rate for all UK orders. (£6.99 for international orders)

Orders over £100 can, by request, be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra cost to you.
(Just the standard rate of £4.99 will be charged)

*Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery within the UK. (In some cases this can take a little longer if an item is out of stock). However, we will always send every order out as soon as possible.
