The instructions were really easy to follow, all I had to do was plug the lead connected to the unit, into the socket and press the power button, there are 2 different settings, Low and High. I used the high intensity setting first which is meant for legs, buttocks, stomachs and shoulders, I applied the conductive gel to the area of skin I wanted to work on and the metal plate on the unit, then used a stroking method for 15 minutes on each area, it felt really soothing. T he Low intensity button is meant for the face and arm areas, on my face I used slow circular motions as there are fewer muscles feeling the same, nice, relaxing, warm sensation as before on my thighs. Y ou are recommended to drink lots of water whilst using this product, so I had a jug next to me which was very refreshing.
