* I bought these caps about 6 months ago and I can say that they are very decent if you know how to use it . According to studies you should take an amount of 20-40 mg of glutathione per Kg. So in my case, I just take a cap daily along with vit c (which should be twice the amount of glutathione) Alongside this treatment, I use glycolic acid and vit c and e cream and serum on my face and result are very good. Trust me you won’t be disappointed .

* I used it almost 5 months. My skin was getting healthier and bit lighter not that much cz I am a brown skin type. I stopped taking it because it is bit expensive for me. Now I have noticed that my skin is back to chapped and dry and darker. Product is really good. I highly recommend it.
