2-4 times per week is optimal for Nanoguard A use and will render the product most effective. if you wash your hair every day, just alternate Nanoguard A with your regular shampoo or Onescalp. Using Nanoguard A more than 4 times weekly will not have any adverse effects, though you will run out sooner!
