Ordering

How to Order

- If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website. 

- Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "dry skin") in a search box, or click tabs and links around the website until you discover something interesting. - To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. 

- Click the buy buttton to add to to your shopping basket. The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or change the quantity. 

- When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "View Basket" in the top right-hand corner of the page. - To start filling in the order form, click the "checkout" button. - If you are a new customer, click the "Sign up" button. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else. 

- Enter your address details and payment information. 

- Check the information and when you're ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. We'll then send you a confirmation e-mail message. 

- You can then check the progress of your order any time by entering your sign-up email address and password.

- Special Promo Codes: Promotional codes & discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Payment Options

Card
Once you've decided what you want to buy, you can choose from the following payment options--and rest assured that your details are safe with us. 

We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) as payment. 

PAYPAL
We now can take payment by paypal.

Your payment card will be debited as soon as the order has been processed.

By Phone
You can place your order over the telephone if you prefer. Please call 0844 544 4689 with your order details.

Cheques
If you'd like to pay by cheque or postal order, send us a personal cheque or postal order in pounds sterling for the total amount of your order (including delivery charge). 

Currently we're only able to accept postal orders denominated in pounds sterling or cheques denominated in pounds sterling and drawn from a UK bank. 

Paying by cheque slows down your order as we don't send the items to you until your funds clear. 

If you're in the UK, paying by personal cheque typically delays your order by about seven to 10 days.

Cancelling

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund

Dispatch & Delivery

We ship to the UK, Europe, Australia & other selected countries.
All deliveries are sent by First Class Mail in the UK & by Airmail abroad.

Here are the usual delivery times (not guaranteed):
Deliveries within the UK normally take about 2 to 3 working days
Deliveries to Europe normally take 5 to 7 working days
Deliveries outside Europe normally take up to 9 working days

If you do not receive your package within the specified time period please drop us an email and we will track down your package and resend your items as soon as possible.
Orders over £150 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra cost to you.

Most orders are dispatched the next day. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery within the UK. (In some cases this can take a little longer if an item is out of stock). However, we will always send every order out as soon as possible.

If you have a query about the status of your order, you can call us for an immediate update. (Lines open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm)

All UK orders are charged £3.99 postage and packaging and are sent in discreet, plain packages. For international orders outside the UK, the p&p charge is £5.99.

We ship WORLDWIDE to: Australia, Canada, Europe and parts of Asia. Delivery charge is just £5.99 - Please allow approx 9 days for delivery.

Refunds & Returns

We are proud of the quality of our products and highest possible level of service, we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied. The products that we sell are manufactured under strict quality controls. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy. 

All of our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with complete peace of mind. If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it unopened within the 30 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. (p&p costs not included). This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace any products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. Your request to cancel must be made in writing (e-mail) within 30 working days from the day after delivery. You are required throughout the period prior to return to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them. If you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail so we can arrange the return. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation after the item has been received by us.

You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. You can always return items if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us. 

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address on your packing slip. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address on your packing slip. 

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend that you always read the label on each product before using it and suggest that you perform a skin patch test with each new product.

How long should I keep using the treatment?
Use each treatment until the desired result is achieved. At this time, use a few times per week for maintenance.


Do you manufacture the products yourself?

No, we are the official, authorised supplier. Our products are manufactured and tested by well-established, reputable companies, with vast dermatological and pharmaceutical experience and expertise.

We recommend that if you have any worries and concerns about skin conditions, you should always seek advice from your doctor or qualified dermatologist


Skinlight Account

Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "Sign Up ". From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. Then you can log-in at any time with your email address and password.

Is it safe to order on your website? 

Yes, it is very safe. Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction.
