Ordering & Payment

▸ How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. Simply:

  1. Browse our product range.

  2. Add your chosen products to the cart.

  3. Complete our secure checkout process.

We’ll send you an order confirmation email right after you complete your purchase.

We accept:

All payments are processed securely. We never store your card details.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

We currently ship to:

  • Standard UK Delivery: £4.95 (Free on orders over £75)

  • International Delivery: £6.95


▸ How long will my order take to arrive?

  • UK orders: typically delivered within 2–5 working days.

  • International orders: usually arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on customs clearance.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.


▸ How do I track my order?

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your dispatch email

  • Logging in to your SkinLight account and viewing your order history

If you haven’t received your tracking information, contact our support team.


Returns & Refunds

▸ What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your SkinLight products.
If you change your mind or aren’t fully satisfied, you can return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original, sealed packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.


▸ How do I return a product?

  1. Email info@skinlight.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.


▸ What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo.
We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.


Discounts, Promotions & Loyalty

▸ How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, enter your promo code in the “add coupon” box and click Apply.
If the code is valid, the discount will be deducted from your total.


▸ Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.
