DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION

We ship to the UK, EU and worldwide to the USA,, Australia & other selected countries.

UK SHIPPING

Most orders shipped within one or two business days from our UK warehouse by 1st Class Mail or Express Courier.*

When dispatched, deliveries within the UK usually take about 2 to 3 business days to arrive.

All orders under £80 are sent by Royal Mail 1st class. This is a non-trackable service. If your order is over £80 then it will be sent by a trackable courier service at no extra charge.

The shipping charge is just £4.99 flat rate for all UK orders. (£6.99 for international orders)

*Most orders are dispatched the next day but this is not guaranteed. (In some cases this can take a little longer if an item is out of stock or there is high demand). However, we will always send every order out as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE UK)

Deliveries to EU Countries normally take 7 to 9 business days.
Deliveries to the USA and other countries outside the EU take approximately 12 to 14 business days.

IMPORTANT: Customs charges & Taxes
EU & other non UK customers will be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes in their country on the orders they receive from our UK fulfilment centre.  

International orders are shipped by International 1st Class Mail or express courier if over £80

RETURNS

If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email to info@skinlight.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

1. You can return unopened goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. If a used product is judged to be faulty, then you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as we cannot offer a refund or exchange if your return is lost in the post. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

3. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 of or terms will not apply in the following circumstances: -

in the event that the product has been used (unless proven to be faulty). The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights. You are liable for any shipping costs if you send your ordered items back to us.
